Insurance of shipment

In case of any damage, lost or less weight of the parcel shipped to a foreign country, the sender will be entitled to indemnification of actual damage, however, in the maximum amount of EUR 1,330 per one shipment.

In the complaint process requesting for compensation for any damaged articles, the sender or the receiver is liable to prove the value of the shipment by a relevant document (the purchase invoice or the cash slip). The sender is not entitled to compensation of lost profit or any other consequential damage.
